Who Royal Caribbean is Looking For
Vocalists
Royal Caribbean is seeking experienced singers with professional backgrounds in theater, concerts, or similar live performance settings. Candidates must be able to harmonize and perform across multiple genres, including:
- Pop/Rock
- R&B/Soul
- Gospel
- Contemporary Musical Theater
- Jazz
Vocal Range Requirements:
- Female-Presenting Vocalists: Strong belt/mix up to F5, legit to C6
- Male-Presenting Vocalists: Tenors and bari-tenors with strong falsetto extension (must sustain up to A4, falsetto to F5)
- Acting and movement skills are a plus
Dancers
Professional dancers (18+) with a strong foundation in multiple dance styles, including:
- Contemporary
- Jazz
- Theater Dance
- Showgirl
- Hip-Hop
Must be available for international travel and willing to commit to extended contracts aboard Royal Caribbean’s ships.
Hip-Hop Dancers
Seeking dynamic hip-hop dancers proficient in:
- Breaking
- Popping
- Locking
- Freestyle
Dancers should be prepared to showcase improve, tricks, or special skills.
How to Audition?
Live Auditions (Preferred Method)
- Dancers: Be prepared to learn and perform a choreographed combination. Bring comfortable dance shoes or sneakers.
- Singers: Prepare two songs from the provided audition material.
Virtual Submissions (If Unable to Attend in Person)
Candidates can submit audition materials via their Royal Caribbean casting profile under the Media Tab.
Dancers: Submit videos of:
- Across-the-floor combination
- Two additional routines from the provided selection
- Recent appearance photos (front and side angles)
- Female-Presenting: Bra top & briefs or two-piece swimsuit, heels
- Male-Presenting: Gym shorts or swimsuit (shirtless)
Singers: Submit:
- Two songs from the provided audition materials
- A performance reel showcasing movement and personality
- Official site and full-length photo in fitted attire
