Biography

Katurah was born in St. Louis, Missouri, United States on September 3, 1988. Katurah grew up with her mother who runs a barber shop. She graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in philosophy and French from Saint Louis University.

Later she attended Georgetown University Law Center to obtain her Juris Doctor in law. After which she has done several jobs in her life. Her work experience includes working as Policy Counsel, and Litigation Associate.

She has worked in the US district court for the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee as Law Clerk. Initially, she worked as a clinic attorney in the eastern district of Virginia. Also article editor at the Georgetown Law Journal, Summer associate, English Teaching Assistant and a few more.

However now she works for the prestigious law firm as a civil rights attorney. She also became a co-founder of Simpson Thacher and Barlett LLP where she was also Litigation Associate for two years.

She has also served as Policy Advisor from July 2018 to the NAACP’s Legal Defense and Education Fund and is a key member of the Justice in Public Safety project by LDF in New York. In recent times she appeared in her desired reality show Survivor 45 for which she said it was her wildest dream coming true.

Katurah Topps is 35 years old, born in 1988. Her mother is Barbara Ann Hill who is a barber and has her own barber shop. Katurah worked in her mom’s barber shop as a barber in 2010. She grew up with her mother in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as her mother and father got separated.

She went to Cape Central High School where she completed her elementary schooling. After completing her schooling she went to Saint Louis University to earn her bachelor’s degree. She took debt to complete her education to earn her Law degree to become an attorney.

Katurah Topps in Survivor USA 45 A Glimpse of Performances So Far

The popular reality show of CBS Survivor 45 is back with 18 new contestants surviving on the isolated island of Fiji. One of the contestants surviving in the law firm to the surviving in the islands of Fiji Katurah participated in the Survivor USA 45.

Sharing the news of her joining the show on her social media saying THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED!! Expressing how she is obsessed with Survivor and ready to get out of the office life and enter into a fearlessness to make one of her wildest dreams come true.

Katurah originally was part of the Belo tribe but later swapped into the Lulu tribe. In the first two reward challenges Katurah lost the challenges while in the third immunity challenge, she won first place. In the second episode of Survivor 45, she won 2nd place in the smash-and-grab challenge.

She lost in the reward challenge and in the immunity challenge she again got second place. According to her, she is preparing for it even when she doesn’t know about it. Katurah has been performing her best in Survivor 45.
